Job summary
Watlow is hiring a Global Compensation and Total Rewards Manager to lead strategy, design, and implementation across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure competitive, equitable total rewards and scalable programs.
You will also drive the global job architecture, market insights, and compliance, while guiding HR and leadership on compensation matters and system enhancements. Based at Watlow's Global Headquarters in St. Louis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; CCP/CTRP preferred is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years overseeing compensation/total rewards across regions.
- Experience with unions/works councils is a plus and global project exposure.
- Strong data interpretation, storytelling with data, and stakeholder influence.
Responsibilities
- Build pay bands and total rewards structures across global orgs.
- Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking for Americas, EMEA, APAC.
- Lead global job architecture project and career progression guides.
- Design short-term incentives with executives and leadership worldwide.
- Ensure compliance with compensation, benefits and labor laws per country.
