Job summary

Watlow, a global technology and manufacturing leader headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, seeks a seasoned Global Compensation Manager.

You will shape strategy, design pay bands, and align total rewards across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, partnering with senior leaders to attract and retain top talent. You will manage the global job architecture, benchmark data, and incentive programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and sustainable pay practices while driving equity and performance across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 7 years' experience overseeing compensation and/or total rewards functions across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience working with unions and/or works councils is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape Global Compensation & Total Rewards Strategy by building and implementing pay bands and total rewards structures across the global organization.
• Lead the global job architecture project, creating and maintaining job leveling guides.
• Drive market insights, analyze trends, and manage global survey participation and benchmarking processes.
• Ensure compliance with compensation, benefits, wage, and labor laws by country, including U.S. requirements and regional considerations.
