Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Compensation to lead and evolve our worldwide compensation framework. You will partner with Global HR, country teams, and finance to ensure equity, transparency, and alignment with donor requirements across more than 40 countries.

You will own the annual compensation cycle, oversee benchmarking, and drive pay equity analytics while building capability in the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years in compensation or total rewards.
• Experience with global compensation in diverse markets.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and data visualization capabilities.
• Ability to explain complex pay concepts to non‑specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of CHAI's global compensation framework.
• Manage salary surveys, benchmarking, and market data analysis.
• Design pay equity analyses and remediation plans.
• Oversee annual compensation review cycles and cost‑of‑living adjustments.
• Coach and develop the Senior Analyst, Global Compensation.
