You will partner with recruiters to identify and engage top passive candidates, build credible market maps, and ensure strong data integrity in candidate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sourcing or talent acquisition role with proactive direct sourcing of passive candidates.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills and Boolean capability.
• Experience building market intelligence outputs that inform search strategy.
• Comfortable partnering with recruiters and contributing to searches.

Responsabilités

• Work with recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies across CHAI's global hiring portfolio.
• Source and engage passive candidates directly via LinkedIn Recruiter and outreach.
• Build market intelligence outputs for recruiters and hiring managers before a search begins.
• Engage passive candidates with a warm, informed approach aligned to CHAI's mission.
• Create credible long lists and manage large candidate volumes with strong data discipline.
• Refine outreach tactics based on feedback and success metrics.
• Leverage CHAI's sourcing and TA technology stack to improve search quality.
• Track sourcing channel effectiveness and prioritize efforts accordingly.
• Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in iCIMS with full context.
