Job summary

pSemi Corporation, a Murata company based in San Diego, seeks a Compensation Analyst to design and administer global compensation programs. You will partner with HR, Finance and leaders to ensure competitive and compliant pay practices across locations.

You will lead annual compensation planning, model costs, and develop manager training materials while analyzing market trends and maintaining governance across job architectures and reporting.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of U.S. compensation administration experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to distill data and communicate recommendations.
• Experience with merit increases, bonus programs and equity compensation.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros).
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices.
• Experience with compensation management tools and market data sources.
• Ability to lead initiatives, meet deadlines and manage projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support global compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentive plans and equity programs.
• Create and regularly update pay ranges and pay grades.
• Evaluate new and existing positions and recommend appropriate job levels, salary structures, and pay ranges.
• Review and audit compensation recommendations for promotions, transfers, new hires, and other changes.
• Ensure compensation programs align with company philosophy, strategy, and budget guidelines.
