Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; CCP certification a plus.
• 7+ years of related experience in compensation or HR Operations.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday; MarketPay experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation cycles for legal and business support populations.
• Partner with HRIS, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners.
• Develop budget models and market benchmarking analyses for pay groups.
