Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Compensation Program Manager to lead core compensation programs globally. You will partner with People Operations and Finance to design and execute compensation strategy, ensure equity and competitiveness, and drive scalable programs for a growing global workforce.

You will manage annual cycles, conduct policy research, and distill complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal philosophy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation; global programs and processes.
• Strong understanding of compensation best practices and market data.
• Ability to translate quantitative insights for leaders and employees.
