Job summary
NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Compensation Partner to align global compensation programs with business strategy and talent goals. You will partner with recruiting teams, HRBPs and leaders to deliver strategic offers, promotions, international transfers and retention initiatives.
You'll analyze data, influence decisions with insights, and maintain strong service orientation across time zones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in compensation advising in tech globally.
- Strong partnerships, influencing, and communication skills.
- Customer service orientation and responsiveness.
- Experience supporting large technology organizations.
- Analytical and critical thinking with data-driven recommendations.
- Able to work across multiple time zones.
- Proficient with analytics tools and Excel/PowerPoint/Workday.
Responsibilities
- Partner with global recruiting teams and HRBPs to advise on comp programs.
- Diagnose gaps between current and desired states and propose solutions.
- Support offers, promotions, transfers, and budget allocations.
- Respond to comp-related questions from leaders and recruiters.
- Provide insights to guide decision making and continuous improvement.
