Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to advise our Global Hardware Engineering leaders from Santa Clara, CA. This on-site role focuses on staffing, onboarding, development, retention, and prioritization to drive business outcomes.

You will partner with executives to shape compensation strategy and global HR programs, using data analytics to guide workforce decisions and drive organizational change. Equity eligibility is included.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with senior client-facing HRBP background.
• Experience working with senior leaders to drive organizational and people strategy.
• Analytical HR data skills; translate insights into recommendations for senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday/HRIS; advanced Excel knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of compensation strategies and practices in global contexts.
• Experience leading organizational assessment, planning, and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership on staffing, onboarding, development, and retention plans.
• Lead compensation strategy including salary planning, actions, relocations, promotions, and re-leveling.
• Analyze engagement data and collaborate on action plans with leaders and HR teams.
• Guide complex workplace concerns and drive performance management decisions.
• Oversee HR metrics, analytics strategy, and reporting improvements with the HR Reporting team.
• Develop and launch global NVIDIA HR programs as a key architect and collaborator.
