Qualifications

• Ability to translate data into actionable narratives.

Responsibilities

• Evolve compensation strategy across base, variable, and equity components.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative analytics to identify issues and solutions.
• Build dashboards and analytic models for business insights and trends.
• Partner with HRIS/Workday teams to optimize modules and structures.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation reporting and automation.
