Qualifications
- 12+ years in HR/Total Rewards with 5+ years in global leadership roles.
- 8+ years in executive compensation, equity administration, and governance.
- Strong financial modeling and ability to present benchmarks to the C-suite.
- Experience leading global projects from design through change management.
- Analytics and automation experience to improve pay reporting accuracy.
- Industry background in travel tech or SaaS with multi-variable compensation.
Responsibilities
- Lead Global Compensation and Executive Rewards Center of Excellence.
- Govern global equity programs and executive long-term incentives.
- Prepare the Proxy Statement narrative for the board.
- Translate regulatory, tax, and legal requirements into strategy.
- Utilize AI and automation to enhance market analysis and reporting.
- Mentor compensation professionals to sustain high performance.
