Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. in North Carolina seeks a seasoned program leader to drive cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain. This role focuses on enterprise transformation, ERP migrations, and operational improvements within a global team.

The candidate will develop actionable plans, manage budgets and KPIs, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership while coaching a diverse operations organization. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management within manufacturing, operations, or supply-chain environments.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and digital operations tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in coaching and developing cross-functional teams.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage initiatives such as new product introductions and operational readiness, manufacturing site consolidation and optimization, ERP system conversion and integration, enterprise simplification and process harmonization, and inventory reduction.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership.
• Train and mentor global operations team members on project charter creation and scope definition, prioritization techniques, portfolio management, and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Education / Experience
