Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including leading compensation within a global organization.
• Demonstrated experience managing a global compensation function or a comprehensive global compensation practice.
• Comprehensive technical expertise in base pay, short-term incentive, long-term incentive, executive compensation, and global compensation programs.
• Strong track record formulating enterprise compensation strategies, programs, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Proven experience handling cross-functional worldwide projects from planning to delivery.
• Ability to influence executive decision-making and present credible recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hasbro's Global Compensation function with strategic direction and ongoing leadership.
• Define priorities with the Head of Total Rewards and translate goals into practical plans.
• Oversee daily operations, coordinate initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of programs.
• Coach and mentor the Global Compensation team to maintain high performance.
• Serve as lead consultant to executives on philosophy, salary administration, incentives, and market competitiveness.
• Coordinate the yearly global pay cycle, including merit increases and equity initiatives.
• Manage complex global projects from strategy to implementation across locations.
• Develop and roll out compensation solutions aligned with objectives, equity, affordability, and compliance.
