Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data to support market benchmarking, new hire offers, employee transfers, and compensation cycles.
• Conduct competitive compensation analyses using internal data and external market surveys.
• Review compensation recommendations to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with firm guidelines.
• Support regulatory initiatives through compensation analysis, reporting, and compliance-related projects.
• Develop and maintain compensation tools, resources, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on compensation projects and departmental initiatives.
