We are seeking a Compensation Analyst Consultant for a 6-month contract in Downtown Boston, MA. The role focuses on compensation support, job evaluations, salary recommendations, and pay equity reviews.

The position requires 3+ years of compensation experience in financial services and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with Workday experience preferred. Hourly pay range is $40.00–$50.00 within a 40-hour work week, onsite four days per week, starting November 18, 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of compensation experience in financial services/asset management.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate job descriptions to ensure proper job alignment and compliance.
• Administer compensation programs including annual base pay increases, bonuses, and equity programs.
• Make recommendations to management on streamlining salary procedures and/or processes.
• Identify pay trends and develop recommendations.
• Annual review of compensation plans to ensure plans are up to date, in compliance, and competitive.
• Compensation Analytics: Analysis, reporting, reconciliations, summary, and recommendations for individuals and compensation programs.
• Analyze data leveraging multiple sources of information such as compensation benchmark surveys, budgets, anecdotal information, and industry best practices.
• Market pricing analysis
