We are currently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join a leading asset management firm located in Boston, MA. The Compensation & Benefits Analyst is a highly visible role that will support global compensation programs and projects, with a focus on compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and executive compensation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in compensation, HR, finance, or data analysis.

This is a 4+ month contract position paying $40–50/hour, depending on experience, based on a 40-hour workweek. The position follows a hybrid work model in Boston, with 4 days onsite per week.
