Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead global compensation programs across regions, including salary structures, governance, and market pricing. You will drive incentives, governance, and analytics in collaboration with HR, Finance, and Sales leadership.

You will manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance, and provide data-driven guidance to attract, retain, and engage talent in a complex global matrix. Las Vegas or Irvine location; hybrid options may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of compensation experience with program ownership.
• International compensation experience across currencies and regulatory environments.
• Strong Excel modeling and data analysis skills.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation planning tools; Workday preferred.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global compensation framework including salary structures and governance.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analysis using external survey data and internal pay insights.
• Provide recommendations on pay competitiveness and internal equity.
• Lead design, administration, and ongoing management of sales incentive plans.
• Produce compensation reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to resolve compensation questions.
