Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Compensation Manager in Las Vegas, NV or Irvine, CA to lead global compensation programs, salary structures, and governance, partnering with HR, Finance, and senior leadership.

You’ll bring 5+ years of compensation experience, advanced Excel, and Workday expertise to drive market pricing, incentive design, and equity analysis that support attraction, retention, and global mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of compensation experience with ownership of programs and analytics.
• International compensation experience across countries and currencies.
• Strong understanding of salary structures, job evaluation, and governance.
• Advanced Excel for modeling and data auditing.
• Experience with HRIS/Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage global compensation framework including salary structures, pay ranges, and governance.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using survey data and internal insights.
• Provide guidance on pay competitiveness, equity, and incentive effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with global compensation practices and regulations.
• Support executive compensation activities and board preparation.
• Oversee incentive plan design and administration across markets.
• Lead reporting, analytics, and stakeholder communications on compensation.
