• Develop statistical compensation models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Perform regression analyses, predictive modeling, and other techniques to assess pay trends and retention initiatives.
• Lead annual compensation reviews and incentive processes using Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation.
• Gather external compensation survey data to support market pricing and pay positioning.
• Drive global job architecture and leveling initiatives using mathematical modeling for compensation.
• Design Power BI dashboards to present compensation metrics to management.
• Ensure data validation and compliance related to compensation reporting and governance.
• Lead UAT activities for compensation system implementations and enhancements.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses to support management decisions on compensation and workforce planning.
