Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Senior Analyst, Compensation & Analytics to shape and optimize our sales compensation strategy within a high-growth ARR environment. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and GTM Operations to build analytics, model compensation plans, and deliver scalable reporting infrastructure for executive decision-making.

You will design dashboards and models using Power BI and SQL, ensuring data governance and documentation are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sales compensation analytics, FP&A, sales operations, revenue operations, or strategic analytics in a SaaS/recurring revenue business.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL and analyzing compensation, quota attainment, or incentive data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain compensation analytics models to measure quota attainment, incentive payouts, plan effectiveness, and ARR metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate findings into actionable leadership recommendations.
• Lead quarterly and ad hoc analyses of compensation plan performance and suggest program improvements.
• Support design and modeling of compensation plans, including OTE economics and quota framework development.
• Contribute to Annual Operating Planning (AOP) and sales compensation planning initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, and data sources like Snowflake, Salesforce, and HRIS platforms.
• Establish and maintain data governance standards, documentation, naming conventions, and version control.
• Create and maintain compensation documentation including SOPs, plan documents, executive presentations, FAQs, and change communications.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, and GTM Operations to ensure programs support business objectives.
