The Operations Research Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing global compensation programs, including base, variable, and equity compensation, to attract and retain top talent. This role also involves conducting strategic analysis to identify problems, evaluate alternative courses of action, and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and lead transformative projects that align with company objectives. The role will collaborate closely with HR, finance, and business leaders -- leveraging mathematical modeling and quantitative insights to enhance compensation structures and operational processes.
A qualified candidate will possess at a minimum a Master’s degree (or a foreign equivalent degree) in Operations Research, Statistics, Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field followed by two (2) years of experience as a Total Rewards Analyst, Compensation Analyst, or similar position at a software company applying mathematical modeling and optimization methods to total rewards and workforce decision-making. The experience, which may have been gained concurrently, must have included two (2) years of experience with each of the following:
