Job summary

Kaseya is seeking an Operations Research Analyst (Compensation) in Miami, FL to optimize global compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity, using mathematical modeling and data-driven insights.

The role collaborates with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to improve operational efficiency and drive strategic decision-making. Strong Power BI skills and experience with Oracle HCM are required.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or related field + two years’ experience in total rewards/compensation.
Experience applying mathematical modeling and optimization to compensation and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

Formulate and apply mathematical models to analyze global compensation programs (base salary, incentives, equity).
Develop statistical compensation models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Perform regression and predictive modeling to assess pay trends, equity, and retention initiatives.
Lead annual compensation reviews and incentive processes using Oracle HCM tools.
Integrate external pay data to support market pricing and pay positioning.
Support global job architecture and leveling with quantitative analyses.
Create data visualizations and guides with Power BI for management dashboards.
Validate data and ensure integrity of global compensation datasets.
Conduct compliance analyses under FLSA and related regulations.
Coordinate UAT and test scripts for compensation systems with IT partners.
Produce ad hoc analyses to inform management decisions on compensation and planning.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Transformation teams on implementation.
