Job summary

KBR is seeking an HR Specialist, Compensation to support the Global Total Rewards team in administering and delivering compensation programs that attract, retain, and reward top talent. The role provides analytical and operational support across market pricing, salary surveys, and incentive plans.

Responsibilities include participating in market data collection, administering annual merit programs, maintaining data accuracy, and generating reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR, finance, or related analytical function.
• Experience supporting compensation administration, salary surveys, market pricing, or incentive programs.
• Experience with HRIS systems, compensation databases, and reporting tools.
• Exposure to public company compensation practices and/or global compensation programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in compensation surveys and benchmark analyses to access current market data.
• Conduct market pricing analyses for executive and non-executive positions and provide compensation recommendations.
• Support the administration of annual merit and incentive programs, ensuring accurate calculations and payroll coordination.
• Administer global incentive plan participation and employee communications related to compensation programs.
• Maintain compensation data and ensure data integrity and confidentiality in systems.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc compensation reports and analyses for management decision-making.
