Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an HR Specialist, Compensation to support the Global Total Rewards team in administering compensation programs. You will handle market pricing, salary surveys, incentive plans, and reporting while ensuring policy alignment and data integrity.

The role collaborates with HR partners and business stakeholders to attract, retain, and reward top talent across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, economics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related analytics.
Experience with compensation administration, salary surveys, market pricing.
Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools.
Exposure to public company compensation practices or global programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in compensation surveys and benchmark analyses to access current market data.
Conduct market pricing analyses for executive and non-executive roles and provide compensation recommendations.
Support administration of annual merit and incentive programs and payroll coordination.
Administer global incentive plan participation and related employee communications.
Maintain compensation data and ensure accuracy and confidentiality in systems.
