Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a globally recognized technology leader to recruit a Social and Community Manager. You'll champion the user and creator experience across major channels, balancing strategic GTM support with hands-on community execution in a fast-paced environment.

You'll manage high-volume queries, craft public replies with a friendly Gen Z tone, and distill feedback for product and leadership. Collaboration with teams in New York and San Francisco is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of communications writing experience (social copy, blogs, PR, or marketing comms).
• Hands-on experience running active, public-facing social media or community channels.
• 4+ years in consumer-facing or large-scale digital environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage community across X/Twitter, Reddit, Discord, app store reviews and platform tabs.
• Support GTM product launches by coordinating with product teams and creators.
• Oversee app store review workflows for Google Play and iOS platforms.
• Extract user trends and feedback; translate into concise internal communications for leadership.
• Develop relationships with top contributors; lead outreach and Q&A sessions.
