Job summary

Submer is seeking a Senior Communications Leader to shape and amplify our global AI infrastructure narrative, focusing on US, EMEA, and APAC markets.

You will lead regionally aligned communications, manage media and analyst engagement, and build scalable reputation programs while collaborating with the CMO and executive leadership.

Travel readiness and deep tech experience are required to navigate a fast-growing scale-up with a green agenda.

Qualifications

• 10 years in communications or related leadership roles, preferably in tech.
• Experience with agency partnerships and global program management.
• Proven ability to translate complex AI/infra topics for multiple audiences.
• Strong crisis communications and executive briefing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and amplify the global AI infrastructure narrative for multiple regions.
• Lead strategic messaging, thought leadership, and content development.
• Build proactive reputation programs and manage external partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Group CMO and executives on sensitive topics.
• Drive media engagements, analyst relations, and investor/ regulator communications.
