Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field; CPIM, CPSM, or CPM certified preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier negotiations to deliver competitive, value-driven solutions.
• Achieve annual cost reduction targets and identify savings opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and raw material dynamics to inform sourcing strategies.
• Develop and execute global commodity strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor and develop junior buyers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure Leviton quality standards across suppliers and drive corrective actions.
