Qualifications

• 0–3 years of sourcing experience with commodity management exposure.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish/Mandarin a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive quality requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sourcing plans for the Americas region.
• Lead supplier negotiations on terms and contracts.
• Analyze market trends and propose budgets and savings to leadership.
• Establish regional supplier base in the Americas and ensure ISO/TS compliance.
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize costs and leverage common suppliers.
• Support design for sourcing and manufacturing across NPD processes.
