Job summary

Watts Water is seeking an Associate Commodity Manager in North Andover, MA to execute sourcing strategies across our global base, drive cost optimization, and ensure quality, delivery and compliance.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and Product Development on new launches and ongoing production, travel up to 25%, and report to Director, Direct Sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, or supply chain.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations (industrial/commercial).
• Experience in strategic sourcing and cost reduction.
• Experience delivering year-over-year savings in manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost reduction strategies aligned with goals.
• Manage metrics: Supplier Quality, Service, Cost, Safety, and Integrity.
• Categorize suppliers as Grow, Maintain, or Rationalize; apply strategies.
• Lead Sourcing Cost Reduction Program (PPV & VAVE).
• Maintain supply chain roadmap; support transitions and improvements.
• Support supplier negotiations and lead project implementation.
• Build relationships with Engineering, Product Management and suppliers.
• Provide escalation support for site purchasing managers and improve performance globally.
• Maintain Supplier Risk Management focusing on capacity, quality, delivery.
