Job summary

Fluidstack is building frontier compute infrastructure for AI in New York, seeking a sourcing leader to own multi-year commodity strategies, negotiate global supply agreements, and run end-to-end RFI/RFQ/RFP processes. You will shape supplier strategies, manage risk, and drive cost reductions while collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Engineering.

Experience with ERP procurement platforms (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) and hedging or commodity indices helps you anticipate pricing swings

Qualifications

• Must have built multi-year direct-material strategies backed by should-cost models.
• Experience negotiating long-term supply agreements across global markets.
• Proven track record running end-to-end sourcing events (RFI/RFQ/RFP) in hardware/hyperscale contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year commodity strategies for direct materials.
• Lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes and e-auctions.
• Negotiate Master and Long-Term Agreements, with annual price reviews.
• Run quarterly business reviews and supplier scorecards.
• Deliver annual cost reductions through value engineering and supplier consolidation.
