Qualifications

• Strong experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or oncology preferred.
• Proven track record of launching complex products and driving commercial success in global markets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Planned domestic or international travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global ROS commercialization strategies for ROS products and solutions.
• Lead cross-functional new product introduction (NPI) commercialization from concept through launch and scale.
• Ensure readiness across sales, marketing, and service prior to product launch.
• Coach and develop team members; manage cross-functional stakeholders.
