Biogen is seeking a Global Commercialization Lead for SMA to shape the global strategy and lead the Global Marketing team, maximizing brand value and revenue across regions. You will guide short-term brand plans, support lifecycle decisions, and align with regional affiliates to optimize asset value from Phase 2 through launch.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
• Direct affiliate in-market experience required; 5 years ex-US experience.
• Proven experience in biotech product launches.
• Strong P&L experience preferred.
• Therapeutic area experience in rare diseases, transplant, neuro, and immunology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global commercialization strategy across regions.
• Own the short-term brand plan to maximize revenue and support targets.
• Lead Global Marketing campaigns, messages, and initiatives.
• Contribute to lifecycle management and asset value maximization.
• Partner with regions and affiliates to deliver country-specific needs.
• Conduct competitive workshops and market assessments for strategic decisions.
• Engage with clinicians, policy stakeholders, and advocacy groups.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across marketing, medical, and market access.
• Ensure launch planning, readiness, and execution.
