Job summary
Scorpion Therapeutics in Cambridge, MA seeks a Global Launch Excellence Lead for SMA portfolio, overseeing end-to-end international launch strategy and cross-functional execution. You will lead planning across commercial, medical, regulatory and supply chain, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to achieve launch milestones.
The role requires strong leadership in matrix organizations, experience with neuromuscular disease launches, and the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech with at least 3 years in launch readiness.
- Experience in rare neuromuscular diseases or neuromuscular conditions.
- Strong ability to lead in matrix organizations.
- Proficient in digital and AI-enabled tools.
- International travel up to 15%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated launch plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation
- Facilitate decision-making and remove barriers across internal teams and external partners
- Build tools to track launch progress
- Coordinate strategic presentations
- Design global engagement strategies with healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers
- Report launch status to leadership and governance bodies
- Drive organizational capability enhancements through innovative methods and tools
