Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years in program management, transformation, or commercial operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation from strategy through execution.
• Experience building operating systems, governance, scorecards, or portfolio management.
• Strong analytical skills with data, KPIs, and trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of the Commercial Operating System with governance and cadence.
• Own the transformation portfolio with milestones, owners, deliverables, risks, and outcomes.
• Improve decision velocity, process consistency, and resource alignment across the organization.
• Establish standard work, documentation, scorecards, and continuous improvement routines.
• Drive end-to-end process improvement across key commercial workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making on priorities and actions.
• Govern intake, prioritization, and execution of initiatives to maximize value.
• Lead change management, communication, adoption planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Influence across matrixed organization to align owners, resources, and leaders.
