The role requires navigating complex stakeholder networks, delivering executive-ready communications, and leading high-impact transformation initiatives from a central position close to Carrier Headquarters

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
10+ years of Experience in Strategy, Transformation and/or Program Management

Responsibilities

Lead Executive Operations & Governance to align priorities and drive execution.
Serve as Strategic Advisor to the Executive, providing insights and decision support.
Drive Cross-Functional Execution across Digital, Cyber, Supply Chain and Procurement.
Manage Executive Communications including presentations and Board materials.
Ensure Accountability by tracking decisions, risks, and commitments.
Lead Special Projects & Transformation Initiatives on behalf of executive leadership.
Enable Leadership Team Effectiveness through improved alignment and rhythms.
Deliver Data-Driven Insights to support executive decision-making.
