Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or commercial operations.
- Degree in a technical or business field; MBA preferred.
- Experience designing data models or analytical frameworks enabling self-service analytics and AI use cases.
- Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau) and modern data architectures.
Responsibilities
- Define analytics strategy and requirements across sales, marketing, and service.
- Translate business needs into technical analytics requirements for dashboards and AI agents.
- Design the data foundation powering dashboards, reports, and AI agents in Butterfly Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with regional analytics leads to standardize reporting and ensure global quality.
