Job summary

Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) seeks a Commercial Capability Manager to lead the development and deployment of world-class commercial capabilities across the organization. You will drive selling models, tools, and training programs to elevate performance in Sales, Category Strategy, and General Management.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial CPG roles, strong stakeholder management, and experience building scalable capability programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar.
• 8+ years in commercial roles within CPG.
• Proven success in capability building and deployment at scale.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the capability strategy aligned to priorities to drive growth.
• Own the commercial training agenda for Sales and related teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver training and assessments.
• Monitor capability program adoption and impact and iterate as needed.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to integrate capability-building into career development.
