Partner.Co is seeking a leader to own the commerce platform, guiding decisions across storefront, checkout, subscriptions, payments, and localization. You will drive the roadmap, manage integrations, and partner with marketing and analytics to optimize international commerce initiatives.

The role reports to the SVP of Digital Products and Analytics, with end-to-end ownership of commerce outcomes across North America, Europe, and other regions. This is a build‑focused leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Own the commerce roadmap, backlog and product decisions.
• Lead the implementation partner through discovery, design, testing, launch, and optimization.
• Define requirements for storefront, checkout, account, subscription, payment, promotion, shipping, taxation, and localization capabilities.
• Build the customer experience, subscriptions, and promotions with cross‑functional teams.
