Job summary

impact.com is seeking a Partner Development Manager for its Commerce Media team in New York City. You will own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of merchants and advertisers, drive adoption, onboarding, activation, and revenue growth for our commerce media products.

In this role you will balance commercial ownership with product insight, coordinate with engineers, and communicate customer feedback to shape product and strategy.

Qualifications

3+ years in customer success, account management, or partner success with measurable outcomes.
Experience in affiliate marketing, ad technology, ecommerce media, or a commerce platform.
Fluency in supply and yield metrics (fill rate, ad requests, impressions).
Ability to build reporting summaries, commercial decks, and revenue forecasts.

Responsibilities

Grow adoption and revenue of products across merchants and advertisers.
Lead onboarding and activation including setup, integration validation, and go-live.
Monitor CPC, fill rate, CTR, eCPM, and revenue per click to optimize yield.
Resolve client issues and coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely outcomes.
