Qualifications

• High school diploma with demonstrated experience required.
• 1-3 years billing and collection services or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Billing and collection activity of receivables for assigned accounts.
• Independently prepares and issues Statement of Accounts.
• Ensures receipt, analyzes, and processes account/statements.
• Accountable to receive payments within credit terms for assigned territory and applies cash accurately.
• Reconciles differences on an account level and negotiates payment plans.
• Writes off aged receivables within corporate guidelines with supporting documentation.
