Responsibilities

• Monitor aging reports and identify overdue accounts.
• Contact customers by phone or email to resolve balances.
• Analyze payment trends and suggest credit holds or escalations.
• Collaborate with billing, customer service, and sales to resolve unpaid invoices.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly collection reports and forecasts.
• Track inquiries and outbound engagement with customers.
• Support order-to-cash improvement projects.
