Responsibilities

• Lead migration strategy and execution for the outsourcing program.
• Serve as a liaison across Sales, Client Services, Compliance, Legal, Ops, Tech and Finance.
• Design and manage migration Command Centre and governance structures.
• Ensure readiness of the future state system to support outsourced functions.
• Collaborate with global and regional managers to ensure consistency and best practices.
