Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience implementing large strategic initiatives with technology and operational components.
• Experience in Operations outsourcing in Asset Management or Financial Institution.
• Strong prioritization and delivery focus; accountability for projects and issues.
• Analytical problem solving with clear written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships across business, operations and technology.
• Ability to lead and motivate a high performing operations team.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive executable decisions.
• Strong understanding of investment processes and market practices.
• Product knowledge of Investment management offerings, e.g., mutual funds.
• Experience in Collateral and Derivative Operations.

Responsibilities

• Migration lead for the outsourcing program with defined strategy and execution roadmap.
• Serve as business liaison among Sales, Client Services, CAO, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Tech, Finance and third parties.
• Work with Collateral workstreams to design and manage migration and governance.
• Ensure effective communication of status, plans, issues, priorities and risks; align with regional managers.
