Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. in the United States, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Logistics for Import and Export to support movement of intermediates, bulk drug substances, clinical trial materials, and finished goods in the U.S.

and with international CMOs, emphasizing cold and frozen transport. You will coordinate with suppliers, customs, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery, maintain KPI dashboards, and contribute to SOPs and logistics policy improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics or related field.
• 4+ years in transportation, logistics and supply chain management, preferably in pharma or cold-chain.
• Knowledge of U.S. and international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP or other logistics software systems.
• International experience and/or experience working with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee import/export of intermediates, bulk drug substances and finished goods, including cold chain.
• Coordinate documentation, customs clearance and transportation with stakeholders.
• Ensure FDA/HTS codes are correct; act as Importer of Record and POC for PMs.
• Develop and revise logistics policies, procedures, and plans.
• Analyze routes, modes and carrier performance to optimize costs.
