The role partners with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing and external partners to ensure timely, compliant shipments and readiness for product launches; on-site in Waltham, MA with emphasis on SOP development, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Life Sciences or related field.
• 6+ years in supply chain, logistics, or trade compliance in biotech/pharma.
• Experience coordinating material movements across CMOs, 3PLs, warehouses.
• Experience supporting clinical or commercial supply chains and launches.
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP, cold chain, and international shipping.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international cold chain shipments.
• Lead logistics for network re-supply with internal/external partners.
• Ensure compliant shipment documentation and tracking.
• Troubleshoot logistics issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure GMP/GDP compliance.
• Support set-up of 3PL for commercial launches.
