Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Logistics for Import and Export to manage cross-border movements of intermediates, bulk substances, and finished goods, with emphasis on cold chain transport. You will liaise with suppliers, CMOs, and customs authorities to ensure timely, compliant delivery across the U.S.

and international sites. The role requires 4+ years in logistics, a solid understanding of trade regulations, and SAP ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years in transportation, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of US and international trade regulations.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP or other logistics software systems.
• International experience and/or experience working with diverse cultures and global colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the import and export process from origin to delivery for ambient and cold chain pharmaceutical materials.
• Coordinate with customs authorities to ensure compliance with import/export regulations and efficient clearance.
• Verify FDA and HTS codes for import of clinical materials and act as Importer of Record.
• Develop, evaluate, and revise logistics policies, procedures, and plans.
• Analyze transportation routes, modes, and carrier performance to optimize cost and service.
• Maintain shipment dashboard and communicate disruptions to ensure continuity of supply.
