Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing global technical or engineering teams.
• Deep CNC machining, CNC programming, G-code, and post-processing expertise.
• Broad understanding of modern manufacturing processes and machine behavior.
• Proven track record in operational excellence and organizational development.
• Ability to influence across functions and geographies.
