Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CNC programming experience in a job shop or high‑mix environment.
• Experience with CAM software such as GibbsCAM.
• Experience programming milling and turning operations.
• 4+1 and 5‑axis machining preferred.
• Twin‑spindle turning with live tooling preferred.
• Strong understanding of cutting tools, feeds and speeds, and machining strategies.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and applying GD&T.
• Hands‑on machining or setup experience preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving and detail orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC milling and turning operations, develop new programs for incoming parts, and optimize cycles for efficiency and repeatability.
• Create setup documentation and support machinists during prove‑outs to ensure first‑part success.
• Drive continuous improvement in cycle time, tooling, and programming standards across production.
