Job summary
P & F Industries is seeking a Manager of Global CNC Programming to lead the global CNC programming and machining operations for multi-site manufacturing. The role partners with the Chief Operations Officer to ensure high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production across Carson City and other sites.
The position requires expertise in CNC programming, CAD/CAM, and ERP/MRP/CRM systems, with a focus on standardization, tooling optimization, and AI-enabled improvements.
Qualifications
- Subject-matter expertise in CNC programming.
- Hands-on CAD/CAM, and Esprit software is highly preferred.
- Experience with ERP, MRP, and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated history of centralizing and standardizing building processes.
- Experience leveraging AI integration to improve operations (a plus).
- Monday–Friday schedule with flexible start times
- Projected 10–20% travel (varies as per business needs dictate)
Responsibilities
- Create a unified, multi-site programming team to drive standardized development of programs and work instructions.
- Develop a system to receive, organize, and prioritize programming requests across the organization.
- Ensure production schedules are met on a global scale.
- Identify under-utilized and ill-equipped capital assets for replacement to drive increased efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing Esprit CAM software, machine upgrades, and new programming practices.
