Prop Firm Match Global FZCO in a remote-first setup seeks a senior marketing leader to unify channels and scale brand, demand, and audience growth.

You will build a four-pillar marketing function, set attribution discipline, and own ROI across CAC and payback while guiding a global team.

Must have 10+ years of leadership, cross-channel fluency, and strong analytical skills; experience in B2C with partner marketing is a plus.

• Multi-channel fluency across brand, performance, and lifecycle—not a single-channel specialist.
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking with CAC, payback, and channel ROI targets.
